In a very difficult Game against Iberia, The Greeks have won their seat in the State Cup Final. Against a fit Iberia Greek American was able to maintain composure and score late in the first half. 1st Goal scrored by Jean Small and assisted by Walter Matiz.
The first half ended 1-0 for the Greeks. After some re-organizing by Coach Mike Megaloudis, Greek American came out to a firece second half and scored a wonderful Second goal; Jean Max placed a stunnin gthrough into open space allowing Andoni Papasevastos Flank in and beat the keeper to put us ahead 2-0. Iberia scored shortly after, taking the defense off guard, off of a far free-kick which sunk onto an Iberia strikers head on the back post and into the net.
With Physical Fitnes and a deep bench to The Greeks advantage they were able to score the final goal making it 3-1 with wonderful run up the left side of the pitch, breakaway, and goal onto the upper left corner of the net by Frank Lopez!
